Yoga Instructor

Imogen has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for over 6. Imogen has worked in wellbeing and specialist services for people experiencing problems with alcohol, other drugs and mental health for over 10 years. With a background in dance and physical theatre, movement has always been a part of her life and she loves to share ways to move that make us feel alive and bring us home to the body, bringing ease to the mind and a deeper connection to each other and our environment
