Yoga Teacher

My personal yoga practice started about ten years ago when my mum suggested it may help me. I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety disorder from the age of twelve. Yoga slowly but surely became an integral part of my life.


The physical practice keeps my body healthy, while the philosophical and spiritual roots of yoga look after my mind.


When I’m not on the mat, I surf, hike, write, read, and work in a primary school.
