Yoga Teacher

I began practicing yoga to allow myself an escape from the hectic world we live in at a time where everything was a bit overwhelming. This life changing discovery gave me the time and space to reconnect with what’s really important to me and embrace how beautiful life is. Prior to my yoga teacher training I had been a professional dancer and also a fitness trainer. The physical benefits of yoga was what appealed most and the use of Asana to improve physical well-being and assist other types of training.

However I discovered a whole new depth to my practice and a passion that I couldn’t wait to explore more and share with you all. Discovering new ways to appreciate the world and find joy and peace through connection of mind and body and allowing the best versions of ourselves to be set free.
